Sorry to reply to my own post, but I forgot to mention this. There were about 5 people who really wanted to install but got there a little late or could only stop by for a few minutes. I invited them to come to our next meeting a little early and that we'd have someone their to help them out (a mini-installfest).
I'll let you know more about this when we get closer to that meeting.
