I love Debian, and Knoppix did install very quickly--for my
machine--(aside from the update/upgrades afterwards). However, I
remember it installed a bunch of stuff (services) that a normal
workstation wouldn't need. I don't know if I had an old version, or if
I missed an option somewhere, but I know for my workstation I didn't
dhcpd and some other services that it installed (I can't remember others
right now). My preference is the lightweight side of Debian--partly
because I've got a slow machine. Did I miss something?
