The problem is that most often, a particular comment may contain
material subject to both of the proposed lists.  Generally a thread
starts out being technical, and then devolves into a
mud-slinging/philosophical/(insert other adjective here) type of
discussion, and it is sometimes are to draw the line.  Of course, there
is the occasional post which simply doesn't have anything to do with
anything technical, but those will come no matter what.

Anyway, just my two cents.  Wait...do I post this to the "Feelings" list
or to the "Technical" list?  Oh, I had better cross post, just to make
sure everybody gets a copy, after all whatever I have to say is
important. :P
