I did the same thing here in provo.   Researched and found nothing.
Then a magic work wisped through the air.  Speakeasy.  They offered
everything I need.  I run commercial sites from my server so I needed an
ISP that gave me Static IP's (8) and the ability to do anything I want.
I get 1.5 down 785 up for about $80 a month.  They also let you legally
share your connection with your neighbors and they can help you pay the
bill.  SO I only pay about $40 a month.
