With Quest's new pricing, you can get 1.5 down 8XX up
for $28, plus using Xmission as the isp for around $20
means $48.  They also let you legally share your
connection with your neighbors...I've called and asked
them before.  Sure, you have to deal with quest, but I
haven't had a problem now in 2.5 years.

Or you could go with 256/256 from quest, and
11.95/month ISP from cyberwire and you have DSL for
$27.
