I didn't know that any other ISP would do the same deal (although it
makes sense, seeing as Qwest is *always* involved with DSL no matter who
your billing statement comes from.  The qwest.net ISP is in my opinion a
better option than Xmission or speakeasy since it's a bare ISP (just
DHCP and DNS servers), with no restrictions, and is quite a bit cheaper
than any of the other ISPs which offer things like e-mail and personal
web space, none of which I am interested in.  (Linode rocks).
