Remember this is just a club. Not a job. Not a calling. Not a moderated tech support hotline. Unix/Linux is a common interest that brings us together. I think other items of interest to the group being brought up is fine. We don't need to be ultra focused. Frankly, I think it would be rather boring around here if we were. However, as someone suggested, they should be voluntarily marked OT or in some other way such that those not interested can ignore them. Further, any thread that goes far enough astray should also be marked off topic and/or renamed.
