So a wiki war would be one where someone changes something, and then some one changes 
it back, and forth and back and forth, ad nauseam?

The thing about a wiki is that while, yes, you can change it (and
BALETE stuff all you want) anyone else can see what you changed and
revert it.  If you look at the history for that page you'll see where
someone changed it back for you.
