I am trying to figure out the best way to remotly manage the linux box.
VNC is working but a bit slow.
SSH is just confusing... (all text :| )
is their something that runs through X11?

I have SUSe 10 installed.

I have two network cards. I just bought one from the book store and
it seems to be working fine th linux box has internet just fine.
The second card is built in it goes to my Mac mini, which doesn't
have internet now.
Do I need to set up the linux box as a proxy server?
Yast says that eth1 is not configured... I can see where to configure
it but the options are 'in greek'.
I will have it as a small web-server for PHPGedView I think i has
installed the right modules.
I don't have keyboard mouse of monitor for the linux box but plan on
using ssh or VNC to communicate with the linux box.

My highest priority is getting internet back to my Mac.

Does YAST have an internet connection sharing wizard? I know Mandriva
has one, and it seems like Suse's YAST had pretty much all the same
stuff as Mandriva's control center last time I checked. It makes
doing this very very simple.
