I don't know much about iProvo, but I hope for their sake that they're not
exclusive to Provo. When you consider that this is a college town and that most
people live in apartment complexes, these business practices are a pretty bad
idea. Still, their presence means that Comcast has docked their prices  nicely.
At least for a year they have.
