I live at Wyview and work on campus in computer support. We've been seeing the problem actually for a few weeks now, bu OIT is swamped with other things and has put my ticket about the issue on a lower priority. The problem seems to be packets getting lost between the client and the proxy server, or that is what the current status of my ticket says.
