That depends on how many people report the problem and go through the
troubleshooting steps necessary to diagnose the problem. When the internet
gets verified as broken (completely down) in both Wymount and Wyview...it
gets a LOT of priority. When the internet gets verified as broken
(sporadically down) in both, it's less priority, but still high. When there
are problems with the internet that aren't easily reproduced and more a
nuisance than a showstopper, it gets noticed, but they can't devote many
resources to a problem that can't be reproduced reliably eh?
Thanks for the info. I have wondered periodically about how they
assign priority to stuff like that.
