My wife just called and said that it's not working in Wyview at all. Exactly how much trouble does there have to be before OIT decides it's a high enough priority to fix?
Well, I didn't actually file a ticket with OIT thismorning. I called just before I left for work, but the kid seemd to be a slow talking, slow moving, no clue kid. He also wasn't going to do _anything_ untill I plugged directly into the internet instead of using a router, and I didn't have time for that before I left.
