Sorry, I cant help you here.  However, I've often thought that the
coolest "screen saver" would be a fully configurable dashboard-like
display with the following types of information:

Time clock
Stock Ticker
Active IM Buddies
Number of unread emails in your Inbox
System load stats (CPU, RAM, disk, etc...)
Uptime
RSS feeds of choice
...

This would all be in a read only fashion (kinda like gdesklets meets
gnome-screensaver).

I can't guess the number of times I've unlocked my computer just to see
what time it was.  It seems that screen savers are the one place where
bling still trumps utility on the desktop.
