I wouldn¹t say it was terrible. I¹ve been using MStar through iProvo and
have been pretty pleased. A few years ago, I was spending $80/mo for a 1Mb
DSL line from Qwest and then XMIssion on top of that. XMission was great,
Qwest was terrible, it took three years for them to finally say that there
was a problem with my line and move my line to another trunk. My DSL modem
was dropping about 10,000 times a day. That kills your Internet connection.

I think we can be too spoiled with this new network. There has been slow
times on iProvo, but it has gotten better. I don¹t use BitTorrent so I¹m not
really throttled. It would be nice so that I could put Linux CDs up for
people, but I have my Debian mirror and it is super fast over http so I
don¹t really care that much.
