For clarification: I was with Nuvont, and I had some issues with getting an internet-only subscription. They offered it, but it seemed no one in the office knew what to charge me, so I ended up getting charged some video surcharges in the process. My connection also got knocked out for about a week in a half when mstar installed next door. When the guy came back to fix the problem, he left my box unplugged, which would have been an easy fix if they didn't lock the boxes. Another week later a guy finally came out to plug it back in.
But when the connection was up, it was great, no complaints there.
