I maintain the BYU Graduate Studies website. I'd be happy to see if our 
administrators would be interested in providing a LaTeX template for theses and 
dissertations. If someone ends up creating a template and would like to send it 
to me, I'll see if I can put it up for download on our site, if that is of 
interest to anyone. I haven't done anything with LaTeX before, so I'd be very 
slow to get something up there by myself.
