Does XFS still have a habit of losing your files when the system crashes
(power outage, etc)? I know it was a problem at one time in the not so
distance past. That was one thing that really kept me from using it.

As for personal file system preferences, for volumes over 5 or 6 TB, ZFS
is absolute king (on solaris, anyway... until Oracle really screws it up
which they will). BtrFS should be just as good and even superior to ZFS
when it finally becomes stable (BtrFS is also by oracle... I'm so
conflicted). I don't want to bother upgrading my kernel just to try out
btfs though.
