I would not be surprised to find that the flag is case sensitive. It
should be -Xmx512M.

On the other hand, the error doesn't look like an out-of-memory problem;
rather, it looks like a bad checksum. Have you tried re-downloading the
module? It's possible that a bit was flipped in transit.
