Upgrading the server shouldn't make any difference at all UNLESS
they're using the wrong licensing mode for Windows Server 2003. They
should ensure they have enough CAL's to allow access to as many
devices are connected (cha-ching!). Again, using ASP would avoid
this because a web-server (the cheapest licensing model) is not
limited by CAL's except where it is used for administrative access
(max 2 simultaneous administrative connections, THEN cha-ching!).
