Hi Pablo,

No I'm not certain, but it is a possiblity.

As far as I know, the hardware changes that Windows XP Activation uses
are documented fairly well, but those for Windows Vista and 7 are more
mysterious (undocumented).
I understand (IIRC) Windows 7 (re)activation tests are less strict
than for Vista.

@John, I think there is a reasonable chance that using setextradata to
mask the VM UUID change (motherboard serial number) may be all that is
needed, see the forum post for that, or ask for more details.

IIRC, for Windows XP, the original (first activation) MAC address is
heavily weighted in the reactivation rules, and perhaps the same is
also true of Vista.
