Thanks to all for the info on the hummingbird (and other song and/or migratory bird laws. Duly noted, and I'll take the suggestions seriously. I don't agree with these laws when I found the bird dead INSIDE one of my walls, but I don't guess the feds ever asked me if I liked their laws...or any other of my input for that matter on ANY subject.
