I just did a web search on hollow punch set and clicked a bunch of links. 
There were a bunch of sets ranging in price from $1.45 to over $100. If you 
use IE just go the address bar and type "go hollow punch set". I'll see if I 
can find the exact link, but one of the ones John sent looks like a better set.
