I am thinking of punching out bodies for stonefly dries from orange swimming pool toy material. Rare that pool toys come in useful colors, but they are marketing a good orange this year available at Wally World. These are the long rods, about 5 feet long by about 3 inches in diameter. Just one will give you a lifetime supply of material. The stuff floats much better than the high density foam sheet material.
Mine can punch thru about an 1 1/4 inch
