Tips from experience, assuming only tying:
1. You will need a minimum of 20 vises - no more than 2 to a vice
2. You will need 10 volunteers minimum to staff it and handle questions without going crazy
3. Talk to your local fly shop - you can probably get them to help staff and supply materials - gives the kids someplace to go to ask future questions and get materials.
4. Plan on 2-4 hours to be able to get around all the people!
With that many, I'd almost look at setting up stations - fly tying, fly casting, and bug identification are 3 obvious ones.

There may be 2 or 3 others that will help with the teaching and casting, right now we are looking at rotating the kids 10 tying, 10 to 12 casting and the other's doing various other activities. The other tier and I have already mapped out a rough plan on how to do this, we are just lacking the necessary tools and such for the teaching. The school is sending out a notice to the kids parents seeing what they can come up with. Thank you for your suggestions.
