Lots of humidity here.   I think someone suggested that to me once.  I may 
have still had wet head cement on the fly before I added a gloss coat of 
nail polish.   So that may have done it also.  I tied in Danbury last year. 
I'll try to find the link for you and send it.  I hope you make it that 
would be great!!!
