What I need is some posts soldered to salmonfly hooks and a gold bead soldered over the point. THese will become salmonfly tie pins. I have the hooks and beads, but need to know what's best for the post. I have some giant chromed safety pins that I have cut the point off of, but the chrome is probably not the best material to bond solder to.
I would need about a dozen to start with. Not a real big job.
