Under which conditions does this happen?
I see a simular effect when I use the S-Video or composite input (but
not
when I use the TV input) and when I display the picture fullscreen
(does
not happen when I use the xawtv default window size).
If you send a picture to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I can have a look on
monday
if this is the same problem I see with my board.

That's because there is no eeprom on the board. This eeprom usually
contains
stuff like the PCI subid of the board, as a result of this the subid is
0.
