while that may be true, bulk e-mail is only legal if it does not
violate the CAN-SPAM Act, which requires that the message include the
following:
1. A link to a web site where you can unsubscribe.
2. An e-mail address you can write to in order to unsubscribe.
3. A postal mailing address you can write to in order to unsubscribe.
only one of these items (#2) was included in the second mailing
I received from Veoh, and none were included in the first (both of
which I received multiple copies of).
thus, both bulk mailings are illegal spam. for further perusal:

that aside, I do appreciate the effort that you're going through
