Well, if you direct your audience from your vlog to go to
LeanBackVids.com then I don't think you should be at fault for people
watching in iTunes.  Besides, I wonder if there's some way of
disclaiming the music you use by saying it was taken from a shared
music source... with all the legal jargon rolling around, there must
be a way to get out of that kind of lawsuit.

I would worry more if you do have a sponsorship.  It would be a
responsible move to make sure that you are using music that you are
authorized to use.  I have no doubt that as the web grows more
communial, it will not be as difficult to use a piece of music in
vlogs.  My best advice is to play it safe for now by either adding a
disclaimer or linking to the product... the other option is to make
friends with record executives...

BTW, the only reason Kitkast took on a 1930s Hollywood theme is
because I was trying to find music that was open source!  Alot of
these old movies and songs are open source so I got a lot of stuff off
archive.org to use for my intro/outro!
