Regarding 3ivx, does anyone know if you can't do quick start/fast streaming if you're doing a double-pass using 3ivx? I've tried it a couple of times now and it doesn't fast-start. My single pass, lower quality 3ivx encoded videos start up and play just fine.
Is there a procedural trick I'm missing?
