Thank you Monica - this is why I was wondering why I hadn't got B's '5th' book! 
(some new find I presumed.....).  Of course I've got F's and will now rejoin 
the rest of the world..........
   
  Hmm this also adds a new complication: I've got rather less admiration for F 
than for B.
