I admit I have no idea what MS Windows people want. However
on Unix, the ability to complete file names that do not
start at the start of a line (or are not preceeded by some
funny character) seems to be more useful than completion of
file names with spaces. AFAIK Unix people are conservative
with regard to file names (for many reasons, try to import
`just a test module....py' in python or use a shbang line
like `#!/usr/bin/lang interpreter' or write a portable
makefile that deals with file and directory names with
spaces or ...) and the only file names with spaces I have
seen so far on Unix came originally from MS Windows.
