Update: I've tried to use some cool stuff in vim console version, which lead to the same result. You know, windows 8 comes with an onscreen keyboard, which can recognize handwrite inputs, so I tried it within vim, when the recognized result is 'inserted' into vim, it changed, the same as using MSPY. It might be usefull that, Microsoft use `Text Services Framework` instead of IME/IMM, and `conime` was gone, console applications were running with `conhost`.
