That's what was said in all of the betas. Apple didn't even mention it in the 10.6.4 release, but, then again, they usually tell us nothing when they change VoiceOver. I don't know who's responsibility it is to track/log VoiceOver changes, but my impression is that either such people are performing their job below any level of reasonable acceptability, or else Apple has decided that we don't need to know what goes on with the screen reader, at all.
