I, too, haven't found anything different with GB and Vo since the update. I sure was hoping for a visible playhead, but no love.

Mac OS X 10.6.4 will resolve multiple issues including an issue that may prevent some Adobe Creative Suite 3 applications from opening, address issues copying, renaming, or deleting files on SMB file servers, improve reliability of VPN connections, resolve a playback issue in DVD Player when using Good Quality deinterlacing, resolve an issue editing photos with iPhoto or Aperture in full screen view, improve VoiceOver compatibility with iMovie and GarageBand and improve compatibility with some braille displays. It was expected that Apple would release 10.6.4 before or during the 2010 Worldwide Developers Conference. It looks like Apple still finalizes a few things. It's all guess work, if anything was changed, since nowhere can be ever found a real list of what happens with VoiceOver when it is updated. I don't doubt the work of the people at Apple that improve VoiceOver. It isn't helpful that no one ever tells us exactly what they change or improve, though.
