I would think that you could use any number of solutions... Epoxy is my personal favorite for attaching just about anything to just about anything. RTV would probably work good, as much surface area as possible and a nice thin layer. Rear-view mirror adhesive is good for attaching stuff to glass. A really excellent (but pricey) choice is 3M acrylic foam core double sided acrylic adhesive tape:

And the adhesive is very aggressive. Whatever you chose to do, be certain to clean the surfaces well prior to using another adhesive. Just a few thoughts.
