The cost of shipping a compact Mac to Japan from the states is
expensive, John, but I have a good vintage Mac friend based in the US
who would be willing to accept the SE/30, remove the board and ship
only that to me, with him retaining the computer. That way the cost
to ship the grayscale setup to me, would be minimal. The grayscale
board would find its home in the very SE/30 you see posted on my
Flickr account, and ultimate it would be photographed and videoed
along with my other stuff. I would also offer a complete text write-
up for the vintage Mac community about it. And as to the SE/30 that
would remain in the US, my friend is an avid vintage Mac fan who would
give it a very good home.
