The 12" monitor with the tilted back screen and curved front that exactly matches the early LC series and the IIsi is fixed at the mostly useless resolution of 512x384. Many apps require a minimum of 640x480. It is possible to hack the 12" to make it fixed at 640x480 but it's harder to do than the Color Classic and Color Classic II 640x480 hack. I dunno why Apple had the weird 832x624 resolution. Could be a desire to keep a 72dpi image or possibly to thumb a nose at the PC world's 800x600 resolution. 39,168 more pixels, ha! -- ----- You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
