    Sounds like the same monitor I have on my 7100 as a second... 14" 
AV? Not sure of the model number... Brightness & contrast thumbwheels 
are visible, but, hard to turn with the hatch closed... with the 
hatch open they're easier & the vertical and horizontal size & 
position pots are accessible?... Headphone jack just to the left of 
the hatch?

    Mine too, works beautifully at 640X480. Freaks out at 512X384 & 
won't centre right at 832X624..... Design flaw?

    I don't have the AV card in my 7100, just the HPV card. OS 8.6 
should have the necessary drivers though, for video-in, video-out on 
the AV card.

*Friendly reminder* Quite a few folks on the 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list have AV cards in their 
X100's. Those who have 'em could probably give you a more in-depth 
answer.
