Meh, x86 processor alone != PC. I'm sure Apple will make their platform so that normal computers cannot run Mac OS X. Replacing the standard (and outdated, inadequate, and user-unfriendly) BIOS with OpenFirmware will go a long way towards that.
Look at the Microsoft Xbox - it's basically an x86 computer, but because it has an odd memory map and no PC BIOS, it does not run Windows; and, you still cannot run Xbox games on a PC, even if you have an identical graphics card (GeForce3) and plenty of RAM and a faster processor...
