Yeah! But they will only use the amount of the screen that an iPhone would use. That wouldn't matter to a person who had no vision, but it certainly would matter to someone who does.

The Iphone 4s does come with a 64 mb model so the ipad doesn't have a larger memory than the biggist iphone. I find the larger screen much less user friendly and can type about twice as fast on an iphone versus an ipad. You can use a blue tooth keyboard with either divice and there are some apps that are specificly made for the ipad and some specificly made for the iphone, but overall, in my opinion, I see no reason to purchase an ipad if you already own the iphone because it really doesn't do much you can't already do.
