Well it actually depends on the display, my 40 was bought in 2006 and has no Bluetooth connectivity just USB, it is never going to work with an iPhone.

Just be aware that the whiz wheels don't have the functionality you might expect. The left one moves by increment in the rotor, and the right one does the equivalent of a Voiceover right swipe with one finger. The reverse commands naturally do the reverse.
