I use mine all the time for reading books and writing.  Just be aware that the 
whiz wheels don't have the functionality you might expect. The left one moves 
by increment in the rotor, and the right one does the equivalent of a Voiceover 
right swipe with one finger. The reverse commands naturally do the reverse.
