Wow! I just tried this and failed miserably. I tried with two different external keyboards, the apple and the Logitech 811. I also tried with the on-screen keyboard. I would enter text and all of a sudden something strange would happen and not always the same thing. Sometimes additional numbers would be added to the phone number. Or, I would get taken to the very last field of the contact entry and have to go back to where I was.
Is anyone experiencing this. This used to be so easy, but I haven't done it for a while and I don't know in what iOS I would have started having trouble. I am using the least advanced typing mode where one has to double tap each key just to make sure I am doing it right. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
