Hi, I can't comment on whether this was an issue with IOS 8.1.3. Using my BrailleNote Apex BT32 as an external input device, I can definitely reproduce what Richard's talking about here. I suspect that I'd have the same problem with my bluetooth keyboard, too. with IOS 8.2, entering information in multiple address fields is really a pain in the butt. Like Richard, every time I'd move from street address line 1 to line 2, to city, state and zip, I kept getting bounced out to other parts of the screen and kept having to move back and forth until I'd stumble back into those fields by sheer happenstance or dumb luck and it was really time-consuming and frustrating.
This issue should really be reported to accessibil...@apple.com by everyone who's experiencing similar difficulties. In fact, I'm gonna bcc them on this message right now. Done.
