Hi, Sadly the few times this has happened to me the only way out I could find was to delete the app in its entirety, reinstall it remembering to switch to high quality downloads in the app’s settings and then download my books a fresh. If there’s an easier less cumbersome way I’ve as of now not run across it. Robin
