Thanks, Craig. It appears that the entire book that I have is showing this 
problem. I have not looked at every page, but I have looked at several 
throughout the book, and they all have the same thing. I guess I will have to 
try to find out if I can get a refund for this book from Apple. Too bad, as it 
is one that I have really been wanting to read. It's also on Kindle, so it is 
kind of tempting to try it there. On the other hand, I don't want to waste 
another $10.
