Hi Anna, I had not tried your suggestions, but I just did with no joy. Speaks green spells out the letters just like voiceover did, and tapping on the image prior to starting with a two finger flick down to read all didn't do any good. I have written Apple accessibility, since I could not find any info on the refund process. Thanks for trying to help. This book is on Kindle, and they say text to speech is enabled. But of course that's not relevant for a voice over user. It is a cookbook, which is kind of why I wanted it on iBooks, for easier navigation. Oh well. Mary
