Could you send me the tone and I'll take a look at it. Just email me directly at sieghard@live .ca and send it as an attachment. If you selected to sync all tones it should definitely get synced, if you selected to sync selected tones you also have to make sure that particular tone is checked in your list of tones even if it is the only one there. Anyhow, I'll wait for your email since I can then tell you for sure if there is anything wrong with it.
